ToyRent Junction is a technology platform that connects customers with independent ToyRent Junction Partner Centers (Franchisees).

Each Partner Center operates independently and is responsible for:

• Product inventory and availability
• Order fulfillment
• Delivery and pickup
• Payment collection
• Security deposit collection and refunds
• Product quality and sanitization
• Local customer support
• Compliance with applicable laws

ToyRent Junction provides the technology platform, brand, and operational standards but does not directly operate every Partner Center.

2. Services Offered

ToyRent Junction may offer one or more of the following services:

• Toy & Baby Product Rentals
• Membership Plans
• Product Purchases
• Return Gifts
• Educational Toys
• Books & Activity Kits
• Party Supplies
• Event & Party Rentals
• Other child-related products and services

Specific services may have additional policies that form part of these Terms.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the ToyRent Junction platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable law.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Interfere with website security or operations.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without authorization.
• Copy or misuse website content.

ToyRent Junction reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.

4. User Accounts

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are confirmed only after product availability is verified, delivery/service area is confirmed, payment requirements are completed, and the assigned Partner Center accepts the order.

ToyRent Junction or the assigned Partner Center may cancel an order due to stock shortages, pricing errors, operational issues, suspected fraud, or service limitations.

6. Payments

Payment methods vary depending on the assigned Partner Center. Available payment methods may include Online Payment, UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (where available), or other approved payment methods. Orders may remain pending until payment requirements are fulfilled.

7. Rental Services

Rental products remain the property of the respective Partner Center unless otherwise stated. Customers agree to:

• Use rented products responsibly.
• Return products on the agreed date.
• Return products in good condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.
• Pay applicable charges for loss, irreparable damage, missing parts, excessive cleaning, or overdue returns.

8. Membership Plans

Membership plans apply only to eligible rental services. Membership benefits, exchange schedules, pause options, inventory availability, and delivery schedules may vary between Partner Centers. Memberships are non-transferable unless otherwise approved.

9. Security Deposit

Where applicable, a refundable security deposit may be collected by the assigned Partner Center. The deposit will be refunded after inspection of returned products, subject to deductions for damages, missing parts, overdue rentals, or other applicable charges. Refund timelines may vary by Partner Center.

10. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup services are provided by the assigned Partner Center. Delivery schedules, service routes, timings, and charges may vary depending on location. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive or return products during the scheduled time.

11. Purchase of Products

ToyRent Junction and its Partner Centers may sell products including educational toys, books, activity kits, return gifts, party supplies, baby products, stationery, and other children's products.

Purchased products are governed separately from rental services. Rental orders and purchase orders are processed independently and require separate checkout.

12. Product Availability & Pricing

Product availability may vary between Partner Centers. Prices, promotions, delivery charges, and offers may differ depending on location and Partner Center. ToyRent Junction reserves the right to update prices or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

13. Cancellation, Returns & Replacements (Purchased Products)

Purchase orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the assigned Partner Center's policy. Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged.
• The wrong product is delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect reported immediately after delivery.

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs or videos. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.

14. Customized & Personalized Products

Selected company-owned Partner Centers may offer personalization services for eligible products such as return gifts. Personalization availability at franchise-operated Partner Centers depends on their facilities and capabilities.

Customized, personalized, printed, engraved, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by the Partner Center. Additional charges, minimum order quantities, and production timelines may apply.

15. No Warranty

Unless specifically mentioned on the product page, products sold through ToyRent Junction and its Partner Centers are provided without any warranty or guarantee. ToyRent Junction and its Partner Centers do not provide any express or implied warranty regarding product performance, durability, or lifespan.

16. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images. However, product colours may vary due to screen settings, packaging may change without prior notice, images are for illustration purposes only, and specifications may change due to manufacturer updates. ToyRent Junction reserves the right to correct errors or update product information without prior notice.

17. Intellectual Property, Trademark & Copyright

All trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, photographs, product images, website designs, software, text, videos, and other content displayed on the platform are the property of ToyRent Junction, AMPLE SPACE MARKETING, or their respective owners. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, or used without prior written permission.

18. User Reviews & Comments

Customers may post reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, or feedback. By submitting content, you grant ToyRent Junction a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and publish such content for operational or promotional purposes.

Users shall not submit content that is false or misleading, abusive, defamatory, obscene, unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, or contains spam or unauthorized advertising. ToyRent Junction reserves the right to remove any content at its sole discretion.

While ToyRent Junction may assist in resolving customer concerns, it shall not be liable for delays, stock shortages, payment disputes, delivery failures, or operational issues arising solely from the actions or omissions of an independent Partner Center, except where required by applicable law.

22. Disclaimer

The platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ToyRent Junction does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the platform.

23. Force Majeure

ToyRent Junction and its Partner Centers shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fires, strikes, transportation disruptions, government actions, pandemics, power failures, or internet outages.

24. Privacy

Personal information collected through the platform will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
